FEE

Per diem: $800
+ expenses (or statutory minimum)
Cancellation - Between notification of appointment up to 2
weeks before hearing: $100 +
expenses. Less than 2 weeks before
hearing: $200 + expenses. Less than 24 hours, $800 + expenses.
NOTE: If no hearing scheduled, $100 cancellation
fee.
