FEE AND EXPENSE PRACTICE:

 

PER DIEM FEE:  $900 per eight (8) hour day or part thereof for hearing, preparation and travel.  Research and preparation is prorated based upon an eight (8) hour day.  Travel outside the hearing date is prorated at the per diem rate. Mediation, Facilitation:  $900 per day (for up to eight hours).   

Cancellation Policy:  $900 if the scheduled hearing is cancelled with notice of less than fourteen (14) days, $450 if less than the twenty-eight (28) days

Rescheduling Fee:  $250 if less than fourteen (14) days.

 

Expenses:   Actual costs of reasonable expenses, including airfare, car rental, food, and lodging. 

Mileage: applicable IRS rate.

 

NOTE:  The Arbitrator shall not charge any fee other than the above stated fees.
