FEE AND EXPENSE PRACTICE:

$800 per diem for hearing (1 day minimum charge), study and writing plus necessary travel time outside the 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. hearing day at $50 per hour plus travel and other expenses.

Cancellation - 1/2 day per diem for cancellation or postponement after scheduling a hearing date, and 1 day per diem for cancellation or postponement one week or less before, or at hearing.

Typing - at cost.

NOTE: The arbitrator shall not charge any fee other than the above stated fees.
