of labor relations dispute work: with the Federal Mediation and Conciliation
Service (1962-1992) in the Southern and Southeastern U.S.; nationally, while
assigned to FMCS Headquarters; regionally, from Rockford, IL. Taught at the

settlements through suggestions, recommendations, and written awards, under the
gamut of issues, in aerospace, automotive, coal, communications, construction,
education, food processing and groceries, hospitals and nursing homes, machine

FEE AND EXPENSE PRACTICE:
Per diem: $900, plus expenses
Travel: Actual or IRS mileage
and M&IE, as applicable (option of the parties), billable from either
Cancellation: $400, upon confirmed hearing commitment; except one full
day where cancellation/postponement occurs within 72 hours of the hearing date.
NOTE: The arbitrator shall not charge any
fee other than the above stated fees.
