Extensive grievance arbitration experience in both private and public sector disputes. Many different industries and issues. Mediation engaged in when requested by parties during course of both interest and grievance disputes - have aided in settling of many disputes. Fact finding (public sector).

FEE AND EXPENSE PRACTICE:

$850 per diem

Cancellation - 1 per diem if canceled or postponed less than 14 days before date scheduled
