FEE AND EXPENSE PRACTICE:

$600 per diem

Cancellation: $300 after a hearing date has been scheduled and $600 if the cancellation is within five (5) days of the scheduled hearing.

NOTE: The arbitrator shall not charge any fee other than the above stated fees.
