FEE AND EXPENSE PRACTICE:

Per diem: $800 or $100 per hour, whichever is less

Cancellation - $200 if scheduled hearing is cancelled 7 calendar days or more before hearing date. $400 if cancelled less than 7 calendar days before hearing date. Expenses as incurred (including transportation, hotel and word processing).

NOTE: The arbitrator shall not charge any fee other than the above stated fees.
