FEE AND EXPENSE PRACTICE:

$650 per diem, based on an eight-hour day, for hearing, preparation, travel and drafting of Award. Pro-rated for hours lesser or greater than eight. Mileage for use of personal automobile at current IRS rate.

Cancellation - $350 if cancelled 15 business days or less prior to hearing

Routine clerical, copying, telephone, postage, facsimile and similar expenses are included in the per diem rate. Extraordinary clerical and related expenses (and necessary public travel and lodging, etc.) billed at actual cost.

NOTE:                        The arbitrator shall not charge any fee other than the above stated fees.
