FEE AND EXPENSE PRACTICE:

$900 docketing fee due and payable whenever a case is scheduled

$900 per diem

Cancellation/Postponement – One day per diem rate when a hearing date is scheduled and subsequently postponed or canceled. This per diem fee applies to all days scheduled for the hearing

Other - Out-of-pocket expenses.

NOTE: The arbitrator shall not charge any fee other than the above stated fees.
