FEE AND EXPENSE PRACTICE:

$900 docketing fee due and payable whenever a case is scheduled

$900 per diem

Cancellation/Postponement – A one day per diem rate when a hearing date is scheduled and subsequently postponed or canceled with less than 21 calendar days’ notice. This per diem rate applies to all days scheduled for the hearing and is included as part to the final fees for the case.

Other - Out-of-pocket expenses.

NOTE: The arbitrator shall not charge any fee other than the above stated fees.
