FEE AND EXPENSE PRACTICE:

            Cancellation Fee - $950 if less than 21 days before hearing date for each scheduled day

            Change Fee - $950 if less than 21 days before hearing date for each scheduled day (may be reduced or waived for good cause)

            Administrative Fee:  $125 per party

            Expenses:         Reasonable and necessary expenses (travel, lodging, meals)
