LABOR RELATIONS EXPERIENCE:       

Has practiced law since 1958.  Has accumulated considerable experience as a labor arbitrator in grievance and in interest arbitration proceedings in public and private sectors since 1973, having heard and decided over 1,600 cases, of which about 95% have been grievance cases and the balance interest cases.
