FEE AND EXPENSE PRACTICE:
$650 + expenses Effective 1-1-97 Per Diem will be $800.

Cancellation - A per diem is assessed if case postponed or cancelled within 21 business days of the scheduled hearing date.
Other - regular expenses (hotel, etc.)
NOTE: The arbitrator shall not charge any fee other than the above stated fees.
