FEE
AND EXPENSE PRACTICE:
Per diem: $1000
per hearing day up to eight hours; prorated over eight hours or for separate
travel; $500 per half day for writing.
Cancellation: $500 if less than four weeks’ notice is received; $1000 if less
than two weeks’ notice.
Expenses: Actual
lodging, meals and travel costs. Mileage at IRS rate. Postage, phone, typing
and duplicating costs are charged if beyond the ordinary.
NOTE:
The arbitrator shall not charge any fee other than the above stated fees.
