FEE AND EXPENSE PRACTICE:
$800 per diem
Cancellation - $200 with less than two weeks notice; $400 with less than two days notice
Travel - .445 cents per mile, travel expenses as incurred
NOTE: The arbitrator shall not charge any fee other than the above stated fees.
