LABOR RELATIONS EXPERIENCE:
Actively involved in the representation of public and private sector labor relations for over 15 years. Staff counsel to a public sector labor union. Have represented unions in the public and private sectors. Have also represented public and private sector employers. Was up until the time of appointment on the arbitration lists, very active in representing labor clients in arbitrations, mediations, Court proceedings, NLRB hearings and other administrative hearings. Have handled both grievance and interest matters as an advocate, prior to 1994, and as an arbitrator.
EDUCATION:
PER DIEM FEE: $975.00 per day
CANCELLATION FEE One day ($975.00) cancellation fee plus any applicable expenses if the matter is canceled, rescheduled or continued within 14 days of the scheduled hearing date.
NOTE: The arbitrator shall not charge any fee
other than the above-stated fees.
