FEE AND EXPENSE PRACTICE:
Per diem: $800 per eight hour day (prorated for time over eight hours) for hearing, travel, study and writing
Cancellation: $800 if hearing is cancelled within 14 days of scheduled hearing
$400 if hearing is cancelled within more than 14 days, but less than 30 day of scheduled hearing
$50 if case is cancelled before a hearing date is set or more than 30 days prior to scheduled hearing.
Travel expenses: All actual expenses, including airfare, car rental, food and lodging are billed. Use of personal automobile is billed at IRS rate. Actual expenses for copying, telephone, postage and clerical assistance are billed.
NOTE: The arbitrator shall not charge any fee other than the above stated fees.
