FEE AND EXPENSE PRACTICE:
Grievance arbitration: $1100 per day for each day of hearing and study and preparation of Opinion and Award. Fact Finding and Interest Arbitration: $1,200 per day for each day of hearing and study and preparation of Findings of Fact or Opinion and Award. Mediation: $1,250 per day with an additional charge of $250 per hour for hours in excess of eight in one day or session. For time spent outside of in-person sessions, such as telephone caucuses and conference calls, a charge of $250 per hour will apply.
Travel: Travel time and expenses charged for hearings beyond the Chicago Metropolitan area.
Cancellation Fee: One day if less than 1 week notice; ½ day if less than 4 weeks notice.
NOTE: The arbitrator shall not charge any fee other than the above stated fees.
