EXPERINCE:

1987-2008: Mediator, arbitrator and hearing examiner with the WERC. Have mediated and arbitrated hundreds of disputes in the public and private sector. Issued over 250 awards covering a broad range of issues. Received over 700 joint requests from labor and management for mediation or arbitration services through the WERC. Also serve as arbitrator on the FMCS panels and have issued several awards.

Prior employment includes 1982-1987 at CCH in Labor Law Reports, analyzing labor cases and trends, publishing newsletter; 1968-1979 at WTMJ-TV, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, as reporter, editor, news producer and executive news producer.

FEE AND EXPENSE PRACTICE:

PER DIEM FEE: $1,000 per day, including travel if travel is on same day of hearing; $100 per hour for travel not on hearing day.

Cancellation Policy: $1,000 for notice less than seven days.

Expenses: Actual lodging and meals. Mileage at IRS rate.

NOTE: The Arbitrator shall not charge any fee other than the above stated fees.
