FEE AND EXPENSE PRACTICE:

Interest Arbitration: $1,000 per day spent in hearing, preparation of the award and travel.

Grievance Arbitration: $1,000 per day as above.

Mediation: $125 per hour -- minimum $600.00

Expenses: Out of pocket travel expenses and mileage of 50 cents per mile outside of the Milwaukee-Madison Metro areas.

No clerical charges.

Cancellation Fee: If notice is given 30 days or less from the date of hearing, the parties will be charged for one day for each day cancelled.

NOTE: The arbitrator shall not charge any fee other than the above stated fees.
