Over 33 years of professional labor relations experience as a neutral with broad exposure to a wide variety of labor relations issues, including contract negotiations and grievance arbitration.

Issues arbitrated include absenteeism, arbitrability, assignments, contract interpretation, discharge and lesser discipline, discrimination, hiring, hours, job classification and rates, layoffs/ bumping/recall, leaves, management rights, past practice, promotion, sexual harassment/hostile work environment, union security, violence/threats, wages, working conditions.

Cancellation - $400 with less than 30 days notice prior to hearing, $800 with less than two weeks notice* travel – prorated per diem for time outside the usual hearing day; mileage – applicable IRS rate * actual expenses – food, lodging, copying, phone, mail, and clerical assistance.

NOTE: The arbitrator shall not charge any fee other than the above stated fees.
