Over 33 years of professional labor relations experience as a neutral with broad exposure to a wide variety of labor relations issues, including contract negotiations and grievance arbitration.

Issues arbitrated include absenteeism, arbitrability, assignments, contract interpretation, discharge and lesser discipline, discrimination, hiring, hours, job classification and rates, layoffs/ bumping/recall, leaves, management rights, past practice, promotion, sexual harassment/hostile work environment, union security, violence/threats, wages, working conditions.

$850 per diem * Cancellation - $425 with less than 30 days notice prior to hearing, $850 with less than two weeks notice * travel – prorated per diem for time outside the usual hearing day; mileage – applicable IRS rate * actual expenses – food, lodging, copying, phone, mail, and clerical assistance.
