Cancellation - A cancellation fee of $800 is charged if the parties cancel or continue a hearing within thirty (30) calendar days of the scheduled date or if a continuance is granted from a scheduled hearing date and the case is ultimately resolved without hearing.

NOTE: The arbitrator shall not charge any fee other than the above stated fees.
