FEE AND EXPENSE PRACTICE:
$550 per diem
Cancellation - One day's per diem if cancelled less than 48 hours before hearing date.
Travel - Per diem prorated plus 27 cents per mile.
Other - Meals and other charges as appropriate.
NOTE: The arbitrator shall not charge any fee other than the above stated fees.
