FEE AND EXPENSE PRACTICE:

                $850 per diem

                Expenses:              Travel, Lodging, Meals and Miscellaneous, Administrative and Secretarial.

                Cancellation:        One day per diem for any scheduled hearing which is cancelled with twenty‑one (21) calendar days or less notice.

 

 

NOTE:                   The arbitrator shall not charge any fee other than the above stated fees.
