Graduate of 1987 Wisconsin Employment Relations Commission Program for training interest arbitrators. Substantial experience in acting as public sector interest and grievance arbitrator from 1988 to date.
Other experience includes 37 years of general law practice, 2 years as the Marshfield City Attorney in the 1960's, two terms as a member of the State Assembly from Wood County, Wisconsin, in the 1970's, 3 years as a member of the Wisconsin Public Service Commission in the late 1970's, and 4 years as the Chairman of the Wisconsin Hospital Rate Setting Commission from 1983-1987.
FEE AND EXPENSE PRACTICE:
Per diem - $600
Cancellation - $300.00 if canceled at least 48 hours prior to hearing; otherwise the minimum charge of $600.00 applies.
Travel - Automobile allowable I.R.S. mileage rate.
Other - Actual out of pocket expenses will be billed to the parties.
NOTE: The arbitrator shall not charge any fee other than the above stated fees.
