Served as contract arbitrator for various parties including the State of Wisconsin and WSEU, Proctor and Gamble and PACE, Wisconsin Energy and UA; food Employers and master agreements with UFCW and IBT locals covering approximately 100,000 employees; Wick Building Systems and CJA; United States Postal Service and NPMHU; etc. Industries served include: aerospace construction; pulp and paper products; trucking and storage; retailing; mining; transportation; federal, state and local government; hospitals and health care; public utilities; dairies; food and grain processing; printing and graphic arts

FEE AND EXPENSE PRACTICE:
$1,000 per diem
Cancellation - One day charge for each day(s) of hearing canceled or rescheduled within the fourteen day period preceding the scheduled hearing date.
Travel - No charge for mileage or per diem for driving to hearing less than 400 miles round trip from office; one-half day per diem for over 400 miles of driving and one full day for over 600 miles of driving.
NOTE: The arbitrator shall not charge any fee other than the above stated fees.
