Cancellation - Administrative charge for cancellation of hearing more than two weeks before the scheduled time of the hearing (covers such administrative costs as secretarial time, photocopying, postage and telephone calls) - $150

Cancellation less than two weeks prior to the day of a scheduled hearing - $800

Other - out of pocket
