FEE
AND EXPENSE PRACTICE:
$800 per diem
Cancellation
- $800 per eight (8) hour day or part thereof for hearing, preparation and
travel. Research and preparation is
prorated based upon an eight (8) hour day.
Travel outside the hearing date is prorated at the per diem rate. Mediation, Facilitation: $800 per day (for up
to eight hours). Cancellation Policy:
$800 if the scheduled hearing is cancelled with notice of less than fourteen
(14) days, $425 if less than twenty-eight (28) days. Rescheduling Fee: $250 if less than fourteen
(14) days.
NOTE: The arbitrator shall not charge any fee other
than the above stated fees.
