EXPERIENCE: (Issues & Sector/Industry) In addition to other economics courses including Public Finance, I teach the Labor Economics and Collective Bargaining courses at UW-Stout. Unfair labor practice and grievance arbitration cases are an important component to the latter.
I have successfully completed (1990) the WERC-sponsored interest arbitration training program.
FEE AND EXPENSE PRACTICE:
Per Diem Fee: $450
Cancellation Fee: $200 with less than 72 hours notice before hearing.
Travel: State rate.
Other: Actual photocopying, postage, phone costs billed to the parties.
NOTE: The arbitrator shall not charge any fee other than the above stated fees.
