OCCUPATION:         William Mitchell College of Law, Professor of Law since 1977

 

            Duties:  Teaching primarily in the areas of labor law, labor arbitration, dispute resolution, evidence, trial advocacy.  Numerous articles and frequent national speaker on subject of labor arbitration.  Board member: WMCL Center for Negotiation and Justice.  Former Director: WMCL Conflict Management Center.

RELATIONS                Primary responsibilities:  Employment and education cases.

EXPERIENCE:          Extensive experience since 1982 as arbitrator, fact finder and mediator.

Presently teaching and writing in the areas of labor law, employment, and

  labor arbitration.

FEES:                          $1,100 per diem plus expenses.  One day’s per diem for one-day hearing, and
