FEE AND EXPENSE PRACTICE:
Per Diem: A per diem of $650 is charged for hearing, reviewing and writing award. For reviewing and writing an award this per diem is prorated based on an 8-hour day. Actual expenses for travel will be charged including auto travel within Wisconsin at the IRS rate.
Cancellation: One per diem if cancellation is within 48 hours of hearing shall be charged.
NOTE: The arbitrator shall not charge any fee other than the above stated fees.
