CIVIL SERVICE PERSONNEL ACTIONS (PA CASES)

Commission’s review of State civil service personnel actions. This page provides links to all statutes and

Administrative Rules
o PC 1, 3 through 6, the rules of the Wisconsin Employment Relations Commission relating to the processing of State civil service appeals. (These rules retain the prefix of “PC” because they were developed by the agency that had previously exercised authority in this subject area.)
