To inquire about the status of a case that has been assigned to a WERC commissioner or staff member, the inquiry should be directed to that individual. [contact information]. Inquiries about the status of an interest arbitration or fact finding should be directed to the interest arbitrator or fact finder who has been appointed by WERC in the matter.
