Time Targets
WERC has established the following time targets for issuance of decisions/awards/drafts by its personnel in the various types of cases noted after the submission of final arguments and the receipt of transcript (if any):

Inquiring About the Status of a Case
To inquire about the status of a case that has been assigned to a WERC commissioner or staff member, the inquiry should be directed to that individual.
